If they thought about it rationally for a minute then they would realize their little laws are just less efficient versions of modern food safety, and they're banning food that would have been dangerous 2000 years ago because there was no scientific way to prove it was safe to eat, unlike chicken which literally is just cook it until its not raw. And no, it doesn't get rid of juice and make meat dry. It would be very easy to test this by yourself and buy some kosher meat. In America kosher meat is retarded as higher quality not because of anything better about kosher meat, but because the standards of kosher certification require the meat to be prepared with some measure of care.
