Well it was more of an expansion into food culture etc. ie an interest in the history of how spices got around the world etc or how techniques spread. I also am a firm believer that you can tell a lot about an area by the Foods eaten there, both Historically and contemporarily.

In terms of the food I like to cook, I love cooking soups, Roasts (veg and meat), Stews/currys, pasta dishes and breakfast foods.

The highlight of a mcrib is actually the diced onions and pickles amd the extra tangy bbq sauce. Its a very mild sauce and these 3 things are what most home cuisineers are mssing when they try to replicate the mcrib experience. The McDonald's bun is disgusting and the pork product is 1 step above raw sewage but they score 10 out of 10 on the sauce and toppings. Also, pair with shamrock shake ideally and fries. You can trust my word on this I am a lan chef for Wendy's.
