This is a grill.
This is not a barbecue, barbecue is a sauce. You don't "barbecue", you "grill".

Hello retard, apparently you don't know what you're talking about! Good thing we all know you're trolling, because everyone knows "BBQ" isn't a sauce, but a process of slow cooking and smoking meat. You can have dry rub bbq, wet bbq, or some combination of the two.

That is a barbecue which is also a grill. Not all grills are barbecues and not all barbecues are grills.

I sure hope you guys don't do this. It's a literal grill, the metal welded in that fashion is called a grill. A grill can be used to make barbecue. A stovetop can be used to fry food, you don't call it a Fried.

Propane is a risky game. The key is to taste the meat not the heat.

It's also a subcategory of barbecue.

Unless you're going for a charcoal or smoke (mesquite, apple, cherry, etc.) flavour... then you need to taste the heat - easy enough with a secondary grill, and maybe a tinfoil packet full of moistened wood chips.
