Literally anything. Many foods, apples being the best known, have cyanide in them. If you were to, for example, take apple dna and splice it into, say, grapes, maybe that negligible amount of cyanide comes as a side effect, but is far more dangerous long term as people tend to eat handfuls of grapes compared to one or two apples. Pineapples have an enzyme that digests meat, including human flesh. Even plants that we eat can be deadly. It doesn't help that so few people know what GMOs even are and think it's just a fancy name for evolution/natural selection.

More to the point, whether or not it's even possible for them to be dangerous, then why isn't labeling required when it's required for pretty much everything else nutrition related? No one's saying orange juice from concentrate is dangerous, but there's a very strict legal definition and labeling requirements for it. It doesn't have to be dangerous to require a label.

They do not. They barely require any testing period. The FDA conducts no tests and basically lets the companies self-regulate. They require no data to be submitted, just the results. And it's been shown on numerous occasions that companies are happy to lie in such a situation - see countless car emission scandals.
