Slight quibble. You shouldn't drain the meat on paper towels because you want the juices. Besides that, I commend your desire to post good content

i realize that ypu stupid fucking idiot, i lost the top to my crock pot otherwise this would’ve been a 100% /stew/ thread...i had to improvise and use the same techniques i use for chili to make this stew and its still gonna kick ass

also, i realize Biden is president, and im chill with that, been praying that God will give him guidance and wisdom to lead this country during his time in office. I did the same with Obama and Trump and will continue to do this until i leave this earth

This is really nice, I am glad you are so open minded about the president and pray for him regardless. I hope it helps. If you are still without a crockpot top you can always use aluminum foil and you can order a replacement lid if you don't find yours. https://www.amazon.com/Cook-Home-02573-Tempered-9-5-inch/dp/B0798DYL9F/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=crockpot+lid&qid=1605918562&sr=8-3

I didn't really measure anything so this is just a guess:

>2 cups jasmine rice, cooked
>1 can Savory Pot Roast Campbell's Chunky soup
>paprika, curry powder, cumin, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic salt and whatever else you want (to taste, I didn't and don't ever measure spices)

Boil the can of soup on maximum high because your time is valuable to you. As soon as it starts to bubble, add all your spices in and taste it until it tastes like Korean beef curry. Serve it over rice or just mix in the rice like I do. Hide from your roommate.

>I didn't and don't ever measure spices
based, i measure my spices with my palm...my grandad fought in vietnam and I give him credit for teaching me how to cook, he told me to always use my palm as a measuring tool

this is good advice honestly. I usually just coat the top of my boiling mass of food with spice, mix, and then taste. I guess first and adjust after. This recipe was a whim of laziness and actually turned out surprisingly good, although you could definitely also make it with any cheap can of beef stew as long as it has enough thickness and veggies
