"Ghost restaurants" have gotten pretty popular lately. There's one catering kitchen near me that runs 4 different branded "restaurants" through delivery apps despite everything being prepped by the one guy all in the same kitchen. Apparently it's better for business instead of just having one listed restaurant that specializes in too many things: tex-mex, all-day breakfast, salad kits, and pho in this case.
Bigger companies caught on to the gimmick and realized it could let them rebrand themselves without actually having to put any money or effort into physically rebranding their businesses. Most times they don't even buy new packaging. If you look up Pasqually's Pizza online, you'll see a great big "Brought to you by Chuck E. Cheese" logo at the bottom of their webpage.
