Here's an account of what happened during every stop on a trip to Disneyland:

>go to jack in the box in Tacoma or some shit
>shoes sticking to the floor as we walk in
>entire food crew is dancing to some shitty mixtape
>food was unbelievably shit

>finally arrive in SoCal
>dad goes to the bank
>gets singled out and harassed in the lineup for no reason

>it's time to find our hotel and GPS isn't a common thing yet
>we go to a few drive thrus and ask nicely for help
>the workers (all older people, not teens) straight up tell us to fuck off and get lost
>eventually we find a corner store where they force us to buy a map for 18 bucks as they wouldn't give us directions or let us look at one (we literally just needed to see what exit to take on the highway to get to the hotel)

>arrive at hotel
>first room has a water leak from the ceiling
>we ask the front desk to move us and they rudely comply
>repeat 3 more times until we get to a room with no water leak but also no functional shower
>my dad finally fucking loses it and gets them to give us the honeymoon suite or some shit
>TV doesn't work which sucks because I brought my N64

At this point I should add that this was on the 4th of July by this point and there were hella fireworks and drunk people around. That makes people's behaviour extra fucking baffling.
