Seriously learn to appreciate whole food, a well done steak tastes horrible and is like trying to bite into a piece of rubber. 1 minute each side is best, at least till you see it is browned both sides. Just use a lot of olive oil so the edges get cooked, the middle should be practically raw, no need to season. It will taste great and be much easier to chew, it will also be much easier to digest. Go for only the highest quality cuts, you will thank me later when you start to feel less hungry from being satiated and nourished.
