Almost all of that is just normal ass food. Maybe pig ears or eels could be considered "out there", but I've had basically all of that stuff without even intentionally going out of my way to get it. Also, who the fuck could possibly think duck is weird, even making the biggest stretch possible?

This one's weird, some of it I don't consider food or is unsafe to eat (tripe, brains, century egg), others I've had (oysters, venison, duck, sashimi), still others I would eat and think would be pretty good but I've just never really found any for sale (rabbit, quail eggs, blood sausage, tako). Then there's stuff that doesn't even belong on there. Tofu is unusual? How?

>> No.15017927

>>15016616
Why are quail eggs even on the list? They're just small eggs. You use them for shit like tacos and burgers where a chicken egg would be too big.
Not sure if I've ever had pig ears by themselves but I've eaten enough headcheese and vietnamese cold cuts that a few of them probably made it past the gums.
