I like runny whites so put the lid on during cooking is the only way to get soft eggs where the yolk/topside isnt raw completely

good to add a bit of water into pan as you cover too

sorry bro, but rules are simple, divide your eggs one at once in a separate bowl, if you succeed dividing them you whites and yolks afterward.

Protip: start fryng the whites alone for 30 seconds then add the yolks. In this way you will ahve a perfectly coocked white and a warm but completely raw yolks.
