My fucking man. Went there last year, had it at the monastery on draught. that shit was ambrosia.

Anyway, that, Westmalle's Dubbel, and Erdinger Weiss probably. That brewery was also awesome to visit. So much free beer, sausage and pretzels.

Come to think of it, I almost never combine alcoholic beverages with food I put great effort into preparing for flavor, or even my weekly planned meals/soups/stews/meats. For those its usually just soda water or water.

If I'm drinking, its almost always on my first day of my weekend, which usually means my weekly takeout meal. And even when living next to the local chinatown with great Sichuan and Taiwanese places, I almost always go for cheap ass pizza, wings, or fast food sides.

Usually not a huge fan of junk food, but its no surprise that alcohol would flip my switch on that. I guess it comes with the territory of only buying booze if I intend to get drunk.

hello friend, only spent a short time in Prague but while I was there I drank Kozel dark, it was very good and I would love to try it again, but hard to find here. Love from Chicago.

Hofbrau and Weihenstephaner are big favorites too so big ups for OP, though I prefer the helles of each to their other offerings.

pic related may not be my "favorite" but it wasn't mentioned in the thread thus far, is full-flavored, and easy to find at a reasonable price, so it wins a place in my heart.
