Explain why cooking in a microwave is bad. No shitposts allowed.

/x/ told me that the microwave creates portals into other dimensions that can allow demons to enter my food, which can enter me if I eat it

but also you know humanity looks back at how unsafe people were in new tech? like gas heaters being placed inside tiny bathrooms on the inside of a house with no ventilation

Microwaves are great though. I rarely use the stove or oven. I just don't have the desire to spend that kind of time for a marginally better product if I can avoid it.

I can't. Microwaves are useful for certain things if you are aware of their limitations. Baked potatoes, steamed vegetables, oatmeal, and thawing meat are great applications, for instance.

Reheating meals is also great if you take some effort and don't just throw it on max heat for 2 minutes. Either lower the power setting or take it out and stir every 30-45 seconds.
