Tea also has theobromine and L-theanine. They're in small amounts compared to the caffeine but there still seems to be enough to have some effect. At full price it's not really any cheaper than canned energy drinks if you buy them in bulk so I'd try to get it on sale if you're curious. The taste is fine, basically just kool aid but with a kind of gross chemically aftertaste from the additives and shit.
Not having a ton of added sugar is probably the best feature, but I'm sure it's just as unhealthy as any other energy drink option. I like the fact that I can basically make a half serving so I'm not super fucking wired for 30 minutes. You can't really do that with a can aside from just drinking only half, but then the other half will get gross and flat.

The reason to get a VPN is because people can't trust their ISPs lol. My ISP sells everything I do to people who want to come after me legally. If I torrent even a single movie that's come out within the last year I get a letter threatening them to throttle my connection and giving the company what they need to sue me if they so wanted.

I usually call them telling them I'm going to cancel my service if they keep sending letters so they stop for a while and don't throttle me, but they always can. That's why a VPN is important.
