Is this ramen under or overcooked? I just can’t get this shit right.

The ramen was actually pretty good this time. I first “boiled” water in the microwave then let the noodles sit in there for about 5 minutes. Then I poured out that nasty water and replaced it with clean water and microwaved it for like 3 minutes. I also put some cool seasoning stuff I saw in the kitchen in it and it was tasty, but kinda gummy and mushy. Was it overcooked a little?
