Depends on what dish it is. Tandoori chicken is basically just grilled chicken. Tikka masala is usually chunks of boneless chicken so as long as it's not overcooked it's fine too. And I don't have problems eating meat on the bone but seems like things like goat curries usually don't have much meat on them and you're trying to eat around a lot of bones when it's covered in sauce and it's messy and time consuming, like trying to eat a bunch of tiny chicken wings.

Pho is actually pretty good if you live somewhere that has decent restaurants. It's not orgasmic or anything, but it's a decent meal once in awhile. You're not supposed to dump hot sauce or hoisin in your broth, it should be plenty flavorful. I usually add some bean sprouts, mint, and basil. A sprinkle of lime juice. I dip the meat in sriracha and hoisin. The egg rolls are also good.

Actually came here to say lobster. It’s good, sure, but there are a dozen other seafood dishes that are in a different class altogether. Even different types of boiled seafood are better than lobster. I think the hype is that the actual animal is pretty tough, so if you’re in an area that can’t get most fresh seafood you can still get fresh lobster.
