Lay it on me honestly, /ck/.
Is soylent tasty? I've never had it.

Crush plain Cheereos into a powder and add just enough water to make a paste.

Internet Shaquille did a video on what he felt like after a week of soylent.

Hint: it wasn't good

because soylent is a food supplement, it's manufacturing does not need to meet the same standards as actual food, hence why they have rats running around their bottling plant

and all their workers have aids and open wounds, i hear sometimes they just throw skidmarked underpants into the vats, once my friend went into the factory and saw a dead bird in the rafters and maggots were falling from its carcass into the bottles. Also if they run out of cleaner for the bottles they just use old army surplus agent orange. Do your research people.

Tastes pretty alright. The original tastes like pancake batter. I would go with that or cocoa but actually the original was enjoyable to me because I had it in the morning and find it easier to have light flavors in the AM. It's not something you should buy for the taste, but it's good enough that I started to sometimes get cravings for it.

This is a pretty good description. I tasted the original and I thought it tasted like vanilla coffee creamer but less sweet, less fatty, and thicker. It's pretty "neutral", though I think "mildly unpleasant" is more fitting.

My ex roommate drank them all the time and one day he offered me a strawberry one which I thought tasted like Ovaltine

Tried it because it felt unfair to shit on it without knowing what it was like.
Original was bland, like a cold watered down version of malt-o-meal.
Coffiest was okay, somewhat shitty coffee flavor. Had two and the caffeine combined with eating primarily liquid that day made me have loose shits.
Cacao tasted like original but somewhat smoother with a hint of chocolate.
Never had nectar, I imagine it's just a sweeter version of the others.
Overall I'd give it a 3/10. Not worth the cost considering it'd be just as easy, and would taste better to have a protein shake and a banana.

it's okay, not bad, but there's really no point, I liked it as a nutritional supplement when I couldn't eat solid food for a period of time
beyond that the average protein bar is more palatable

think about how retarded the average person is, and then remember that half the human population is dumber than that.
