Doing a detox diet. Feeling fucking miserable after having oats, almond milk and apple for breakfast. Had leaves, sweetcorn, cabbage, ginger, turmeric, garlic, red onion, sardines with evoo and balsamic vinigar. Anyone else have any experience of doing this? Plus can you eat potato's? Cheers.

Detoxing is bullshit, anon.
If you seem to feel like shit eating whatever you want, check out an elimination diet for medical purposes like AIP or Low FODMAP and see if you can find whatever foods are triggering symptoms you're having, then just don't eat those foods and go to a doctor and tell them you want to be checked for common autoimmune diseases.
