I guess I'd describe it like if you combined a duck with a chicken, and then shrunk it in half to condense the flavors. It's gamey, but also sweet. If you get ahold of one the one thing I'd say would be to pay attention to your cooking times, as it's a very small bird, and very easy to overcook.
