Back in the 90s mcdonald's was running some chicken sandwich promo so my mom picked a bunch up for dinner. My little brother way 3 or 4 at the time and there was a bone shard in his meat.
This was just after the coffee burn lawsuit. My mom called up the corporate number on the receipt swearing up a storm.
Call got escalated and recorded. A week later a lawyer from McDonald's called my mom and asked her what she wanted. My dumbass mom said to just have better quality control and an apology.
A week later we received a packet from McDonald's with an apology and coupons totaling about $1000 in tyson chicken and the same in mcdonald's coupons... Fuck to this day do I hate tysons chicken

Had a BK chicken sandwich a month back. First fast food I've had in over a decade. It was real late and I was driving long distance and getting tired. Pull off the interstate, nice girl on the drive though doing everything, sandwich was solid but fries were old. Didn't feel so sleepy anymore finished my drive. All in all I was pretty please, would do the same again.
