There's an extension for Firefox that is supposed to cut through the blogpost and just show you the recipe, but I haven't tested it myself. It's mostly Google's fault for pushing people to do that so they get pushed up higher in the search results though. Google fucked over YouTube for a while as well by pushing people to make ten minute videos for max ad revenue and everyone started making videos that wasted your time to hit that mark. Google kind of sux sometimes.

Anon I've made cheap as fuck chili and unless you buy chili seasoning packets and premade shit then it's not possible to make chili with fewer than 15 ingredients.

Fucking salt and pepper each count for one. Actual chili uses a mix of dried ground chili peppers, that's what chili powder is!

>> No.14925746

Fuck I hate online recipes.
Write by people who can't cook, technically inadequate, inauthentic, produced for people who will never actually attempt them.

I still use paper books because to publish a paper book you have to have some credibility
It's so hard to find good recipes online because you're pages deep in insta-trash

>> No.14925756

Do you count each and every one of those individual chilies in the chili powder as an ingredient, or is the chili powder just 1?

If I am halfway to California traveling from Maine, I am still nowhere near California. On top of that, the original claim is fucking retarded in the first place. Probably some idiot who thinks dumping every spice in their cupboard into the pot is essential to a great tasting chili.
