If you look closely at the chicken pieces on this tostada, you will see that they are more or less bite sized.
Am experimenting with mouth prepping food so i bit off each chunk from a cooked chicken thigh with my teeth.
Anyone else going down this odd road during the pandemic?
Really saves time and cleanup

It actually was very fast. From pulling the cold , cooked thigh out of the fridge to biting off all the bits and spitting them into the pan took maybe 30 seconds.
No knife or cutting board to clean up either
