this is a bit depressing because my family doesn't get together for thanksgiving or any holidays... grandpa and grandma used to stop by every other year or so but he's dead and my grandma got moved outside of phoenix to live next to my aunt.

every year it's just me, my mom, and my dad, but my dad's a pilot so he's normally stuck flying over the holiday. mom always has an episode when we get together on thanksgiving/christmas so i normally have to drive home drunk and angry while my parents fight. two of the past five years she has taken the fully cooked turkey out of the oven and thrown it directly into the trash.

Haha that's pretty funny, anon. Wanna know something funnier? For the past fifteen years, I just go to Denny's, alone, on Thanksgiving, Christmas and new year's lmao. Both of my crackhead parents are dead, and so are my crackhead sisters, and I can't make any relationship last longer than a month because I don't know how to deal with people, especially people with good families ROFL! Ive spent the past six months putting a gun with a high trigger pull in my mouth every night, and every night I manage to pull the trigger just a little bit more before I chicken out LMFAO

The turkey dinner. Many years ago, I used to cook and invite my coworkers or neighbors, but no one would ever show and I'd be stuck with a ton of food that I couldn't ever eat. So now I just eat turkey and mashed potatoes at Denny's and then cry in the bathroom, usually with someone shooting up heroin in the stall next to mine.
