Thanks, pal. The taters are just raw slices with skin still on them and fried for a few min each side until crispy. The bacon was the bed I laid the pork on while in the oven. I added the bacon to the frying pan with the taters 2 min before they were done

That's the best way to have pork tenderloin. Searing it too much will dry it out and kill all the flavour. This way it's still juicy and tasty. Give it a try
