Friends please answer me. I drank a lot last night and I cannot remember anything. I was watching I, Claudius and I cannot even remember where I got in the show. What is particularly disturbing is that I quasi-remember cooking Ramen and eating it somewhere in the night, but I had no idea how this plate got on my desk. Upon going in the kitchen, I find a pan in the sink and I somewhat remember frying eggs last night and one-hand cracking eggs into this pan on top of something. Is this a sign I need to get help?
Also, is this a sign that I'm a cooking god that I can one-hand eggs into the pan when I'm fucking blitzed?

You have significantly more control. There's a reason why race cars are either stick-on the-floor conventional manuals or paddle-shifted semi-automatics. If automatice were somehow better then obviously Formula 1 and rally drivers would use them. Notice how they don't. Automatics literally existed so retarded middle aged women in the '50s who had never driven before would be able to get around.

I actually drive an automatic, because I couldn't find a five-speed Nissan Frontier in good shape in my area, but I have no delusion that it's better. In college I drove a Mitsubishi 3000GT with a fantastic five speed. Fucking loved that thing, but they had notorious electrical issues so I sold it to some 19 year old boot at Fort Campbell.
