It is as complicated as any other mole, but the ingredients just scream Nueva España
Some Almond moles are also like that, using raisins, bread and dried plumbs alongside the almonds, sesame and beef broth

Most people buy them pre-made, then add their own "twist". I usually buy from Mayordomo, add chicken stock, Table Chocolate (Mayordomo also sells that, you can use N*stle's Chocolate Abuelita if you are a faggot, just never use H*rsheys), and tomato sauce. Every brand is different, so you will have to adjust it by yourself, just remember that most moles are baroque, meaning that they should be neither savory, nor sweet, but in between
