Alright.

Remove the skin off of 3 chicken legs. Reserve. Put said chicken legs into big pot. Simmer for a few hours, until the water tastes like chicken. Put chicken skins in a big pot and render the fat until you have about a tbsp. Remove skins and add onions, carrots, celery, all diced as finely as you want. Sweat a bit and add half a can of tomatoes and the stock you just made. S+P, some marjoram, a bay leaf. Then add the chicken from those legs you just cooked, a cup of chopped spinach and about the same of minced cabbage. Cook until done. Filling low cal, good protein content, delicious. We call it soup

Also, while saturated fat isn't bad for you, you want to get a lot of protein and doing so with fatty meats is going to make you go above your TDEE very easily, so your new friends are skinless chicken and turkey, pork tenderloin and beef top round. For your lean pork and lean beef, instead of pan frying it, try to get roasts, slather in dijon and savory, and roast them. Less fat and it tastes good. If your meat is too dry, cook it less, learn to like medium-rare/rare. If that doesn't cut it, get a tub of 0% greek yogurt, put a finely diced cucumber in, 3-4 minced garlic cloves and some oregano. That's your dipping sauce. Don't go crazy with the dipping sauce.

Also raw vegetables are your friends, if you feel like you want a little more bulk to your meal, finely mince 300g of cabbage, mix with a tbsp of olive oil and some lemon juice/white wine vinegar, maybe a touch of cayenne. Great simple slaw, it'll last you 2-3 meals easily. If you want snacks, eat some radishes or a bell pepper.

If you're working out and you feel weak without some carbs, I find that boiled potatoes are more filling than white rice. And I mean boiled potatoes, no butter, no cream, no milk, no roasted. Boiled, salt, that's it.

Obviously keep a food diary and weigh everything

To be fair, that would actually be kinda cool if you can achieve it, but I'm skeptical. I've seen a lot more people eating "healthy" food like kale cooked in shitloads of oil (fat), or salad drenched in oil (fat), or punnets worth of berries (sugar [which converts into fat]). I think the safer bet is to abuse laxatives, or to do what will get you many health and appearance benefits, which is get a squat rack and do a variety of freeweight lifts.
If you want food that fills you up without too many calories, lean meat and leafy green vegetables work. If you want to be able to stuff yourself, maybe extremely lean meat and celery can actually be negative calorie foods that take more energy to eat and digest than you get from them.

Used to be over 400lb with no muscle. I'm 240ish now and I want to bench 120 by the end of the year since it's an ongoing process. You need to look at food not by recipe but by each meal requiring balanced nutrition and odds are you need to be more active. Go to /fit/ and ask there.

I suggest lentils, brown rice, broccoli and chicken. Season and prep as desired but cook with minimal fats and stay away from too much salt.

My diet is really simple. For proteins I eat Ground Turkey, chicken breasts, fish, sometimes ground beef.

For carbs it's oatmeal, brown rice, veggies, fruits. I also make fruit smoothies using mio.

In addition I also consume about 2 scoops of protein powder per day. I'm never put off by my meals and I actually look forward to them. I can eat like this everyday and be happy.
