You can get them from meat wholesalers. Bone in brisket has a lot more flavor. They tend to weigh like 30 lbs and take like 24 hours to smoke though. People buy them for parties around college football/Thanksgiving time.

Hell yea, for a family owned grocery store they have amazing prices and quality. That Chisesi deli ham is amazing. They have a great selection of imported Italian foods too.
