I never waste cooking fats. I use them to get rid of all the dog turds in the front of my yard, and around the neighborhood. I save all the bacon grease from breakfast in an old tin can. You can do this with any old meat grease you encounter in your cooking. First thing in the morning on the next day, warm the grease so it's liquid, then go outside and pour a little of the grease on each dog turd you encounter. It seems to make the turd irresistibly delicious to the next dog that comes along, and you don't have to scoop anything up ever again. I've been doing it for a week now, and my lawn is clean. Not only does this method seem to make the source of the problem solve the problem but it's environmentally friendly and promotes recycling too.

I didn't buy it because I'm rich, I bought it because I worked my ass off and wanted to do something productive with the money. Renters are literally the worst. They have no sense of what it means to take care of anything. Everything is disposable to them. Even the "good" ones are somehow retarded. They would break shit and then get mad that they had to wait until the end of the day because I didn't want to take vacation time from my real job. The horror stories go on and on. In fact going to a restaurant is exactly like paying rent. Part of the money you pay goes to "renting" the space you occupy in the restaurant while you are there.

Try going into a fancy place with a bag lunch, sit at a table and begin eating. See what happens.

Part of the money you pay goes to renting the plates, cutlery and glasses. Try walking out with any of that after your dinner, and see what happens.

Part of the money you pay goes for the service you receive from the people who work in the restaurant. Try bringing in a bag of groceries and demanding you be allowed to cook your own meal. Or even, walk into the kitchen and demand you bring the plates to the table yourself, pour your own drinks and so forth. See what happens.

Restaurant meals, are a form of rent paying. Same thing happens at movie theaters, sports events, concerts and so forth.

You really should re-read the story of "The grasshopper and the ants". You should also stop trying to compete with people who have 40 years of effort and hard work behind them, start looking at where they were when they were as old as you are now. Is it harder for you? Sure. It was also harder for those growing up in the great depression. They did what they had to in order to be successful. What was the result of that? The 1950's.

Besides, the boomers largely lost a ton of their net worth in the 2008 crash. It's Gen-X that pull the strings now, not so much the boomers. The boomers were all too old to recover from 2008, not so Gen-X, who were still young enough to make headway.

Yes, the bottom tier "service workers" - people who the economy can do without and not notice it much, have lost their jobs. That snotty barista who looks down her nose at you, and the nightclub bouncer dude who acted so tough behind the velvet rope... Society can do without them quite nicely.

But people making actual contributions to society, surprise surprise, have not and many of those, because it's been discovered that working from home is an actual thing now, want to get the fuck out of the Shitys they've been forced to live in until now. This is why house prices have gone up. People moving out of Shitty based apartments, and into nice homes in smaller towns. When my parents were young, in the early 60's houses actually LOST a bit of value as they aged. But the banks? They paid 8 to 10% compounded interest on accounts with a minimum balance kept for the term.

Banks don't pay interest on savings.
People with money look for places to invest.
Real estate has stopped being so much a "place to live" as it has become an investment.
Own three houses, how do we get a return on that investment?
Rent it out.
An apartment block is just a larger version of this, with the following advantage:
Once the apartment has paid for itself, boot the tenants, do an upgrade and sell it off as condos.

Start your own program to feed people.
Shared kitchens exist.
Church's usually have comm kitchen space and might allow you to use it.
Talk to local food businesses and grocery stores and ask if you can take their excess food/waste.
It's not rocket science.
I did it throughout college. Lots of businesses were happy to donate it to an org that was helping feed people.

Again, you probably won't do this because it's much easier to bitch and whine on a cantonese basket weaving forum

The actual lost causes, are those who who have gotten themselves into the shit bucket so deeply, that they cannot even provide for themselves the most basic necessities of life.

So if that makes me, an individual who supports himself and another in comfort and with a surplus, a troll or somehow lost, you should question the values that make you come to that conclusion.

So thanks for your concern. As for what I'm talking about, well... I'm shitposting in response to other's shitposts. Anyone should be able to see that just by looking.

Millennials, but also plenty of Zoomers love to blame others for problems they have made for themselves.

They look at social media and follow wealthy people, some of whom have become wealthy for no other reason that they are followed on social media by a bunch of these lemmings, and assume that their own lives should somehow be just like those who have incomes 10x what they have.

Then they become jealous, frustrated and then angry. The dying bleat of the Millenial/Zoomer who has accidentally shot themselves is an angry rant against the gun manufacturer and the bad man at the gun show who sold it to them.

That's what actual conservatives thing about Trump. "Proper Conservatism has never been tried properly, under Trump".
