not that often, I really prefer eating breakfast for dinner when I do eat a typical american breakfast. Every so often I will make something like pic. I usually don't have much for breakfast otherwise and I eat an early lunch. Occasionally I will have a coffee and a piece of cinnamon walnut coffee cake in the morning.

Silicone has better stick resistance. I would choose one of that variety over stainless. If I were using a ring to make burger patties, then I would choose stainless, because it doesn't bulge when pushed on, but for eggs, get the rubber kind.
