His roasted chicken recipe on youtube takes like 4 days to prepare, includes brining, drying, blanching, roasting, searing in a pan, making beurre noisette, and injecting the chicken with it using syringe. And the end result actually looks worse than regular roasted chicken. He might have some interesting idea here and there, but ultimately, his cooking is pretty much retarded, inefficient, over the top complicated extravaganza that produces inferior results
