AS A GERMAN I have to say that the best thing about our beer is that you can get a good bang for your buck always. Just go for your local small brewery that only brews in your Landkreis and you can get a decent pint for like 40 Cents. Also Faggot Ipas get discarded like the trash they are which is nice,

I feel extremely bad for people who don't live in good beer state in the US. It's literally the best beer in the world and I've traveled the world for years.

Japanese beer is the worst.

Imagine getting so thoroughly BTFO by a small country right next to you.

They macros are alright, I think asahi is my fav of the pilsners. I remember Suntory's black being delicious on draft, and the occasional local craft beers being good as well.

I had a 18 hour layover in Tokyo a couple of months ago. Couldnt leave to explore the city sadly cause of 'rona but the bar miraculously was still open so I got drunk on Ichiban and Suntory. Really different from what I am used to in Germany but thouroughly based. Also had some Sake which was better then any shit I had in Sushi restaurants in Europe.
