I decided to see what all the fuss was about oxtails so I made a Jamaican Oxtail stew kinda thing in my Instantpot. For all the shittalking about IPs they make great food.

Had currywurst for lunch, tho, and muesli for breakfast.
It was a German kinda day, I guess.

We eat oxtails where I'm from, too. Also soup, with potato, carrot, celery, onion, tomato and pasta.
Roast split (or quartered) beef knees.
Use them to make stock.
Blanch and peel tomatoes.
Crush.
Cook in olive oil.
Sear oxtail.
Add beef stock.
Bring to a simmer; meanwhile, set a second pot of water to boil, as well.
Cook a while.
Add potato; salt the pot of water and add broken spaghetti to it.
Cook a while.
Add carrot.
Cook a while.
Add celery and onion.
Cook a while.
Pasta should be al dente now so drain.
Serve pasta in the broth.
Eat.
Have meat and vegetables as second course.

Smoked mutton burgers
Ground the meat with 7% Lamb fat instead of mutton fat. Better than beef. Added my own special spice mix that includes a little MSG.
Pan seared in bacon grease, before a 30 minute hang out in the standing propane smoker at 250° F, rolled heavy apple wood smoke for 15 minutes.

Today I finished the leftovers
>go to frozen food isle
>digiorno on sale
>get one cheese stuffed three meat, one pepperoni croissant crust (their latest unholy creation), and some overpriced deep dish from another brand
>not a part of dinner, but also get some flavored /sip/, oranges, and grapefruits so satisfy my citrus fetish
>get home
>enjoy a nice orange and some /sip/
>take out my biggest and deepest pan
>it's a big pan
>it's a lot of centimeters long
>take the stuffed crust out first
>tear all the pepperoni and sausage off
>remember that there is no third meat in three meat pizza
>spread it out evenly across the pan
>piece of pepperoni falls on floor
>retarded cat eats it
>take out bag of shredded mozzarella
>spread half the bag to completely cover the bottom of the pan and the sausage
>start breaking the pizza into pieces
>toss it on top of the mozzarella
>decide to go for a lasagna-ish creation
>take out the marinara jar
>take out the ice cream scoop
>catapult the shit onto the pizza gore
>decide to add noodles
>closest thing i have is 7 boxes of macaroni and cheese
>add most of the macaroni
>keep the powdery cheese packets just in case
>take out the deep dish pizza
>break it in half
>wrap up the other half
>put it in the freezer for later
>break the half into pieces
>put it in the sauce
>somehow still have room left in the pan to stack higher
>lay 1/4 of the mozzarella cheese on the sauce
>sauce is no longer visible
>remember i have one pizza left
>croissant crust allows me to split it into layers
>make smaller pieces
>sprinkle them across the pizza
>make sure these pepperoni slices are in stacks of 2
>coat it in the rest of the bag of mozzarella
>scoop up more sauce
>spread it out flatter but still evenly across the top
