Is cereal a correct choice to start the day? I feel like I get almost zero energy after eating cereal for breakfast. Should I choose something high in protein, fats or fruits and vegetables?

Cereal is okay, muesli like in your pic is pretty healthy. But it's generally low in protein so it won't be satiating after a while. That's why a "balanced breakfast" can have stuff like cereal or pancakes but also usually includes eggs and a little bit of meat.

Muesli is healthy, his pic isn't muesli though.
>>14756631
Do more complex carbs like oatmeal or muesli; most cereal is just pure sugar and the equivalent of eating a candy bar for breakfast.

2 eggs.
Bowl of cereals with whole milk.
Yogurt.
Banana.

You cannot beat this.

Reverse search said it was muesli, just figured it was a similar variation.

Cereal is for children, muesli is for women. Real men eat oats.

you can get muesli without added sugar and i don't see why dry fruit would be worse for you than fresh fruit

A lot of commercial dried fruit has sugar or fruit juice concentrate added to it to make it not taste like shit.
That having said, if you can find sugar free muesli then sure. Still a vaguely faggy thing to eat though.

Try oatmeal, add some berries, nuts and seeds, some honey if you wanna sweeten it. Filling, much more protein.

Yeah I noticed one time when I bought dried cranberries and they were too sweet then saw the ingredient list had added sugar. It's easy enough to make your own if you want to also. Nobody is going to force you to go out and suck dicks because you put some fruit and nuts with your oats.

It's easy enough to make your own muesli if you want to also by just buying the ingredients separately, easiest way to avoid added sugar. Nobody is going to force you to go out and suck dicks because you put some fruit and nuts with your oats.

all commercial cereal have iron shavings in it. it will give you iron overload. it's probably mono cropped and grew in depleted soil with pesticides. also cereals were created to make you infertile and hate life

It is quite possibly the worst option of all, outside of a cigarette & coffee.

Real muesli is fruit and nuts and oats. Basically trailmix in a bowl.
