Fuck getting old. I have to change my diet dramatically. Even after losing a ton of weight, my lipids and cholesterol are too high and my blood sugar, although better is also not perfect (I did keto with no fake sugars to lose a lot of weight).

What are some plant-based cooking channels on YouTube that don't screech about the politics and whatnot of it. I just want some good food ideas without the annoying lectures on morals and the like.

you can cook beans, squash, and potatoes, and more.

you can live on potatoes for example, eat as many as you want. don't eat any fat, though.
exercise bike is great exercise too.

I have an instantpot my mom got me but it seems to overcook most of the beans I try. It did make a wicked good 15bean soup last week since I didn't care if they got mushy.
