I think it's the worst thing I've ever seen.
The lack of sauce or veggies, the meat that was fried right out the supermarket box, the overabundance of cheese...

When I cook brisket I either smoke it or braise it with a shit ton of caramelized onions. There's pink when I smoke it, and when it's braised it melts in your mouth, because it's fucking braised and not dried out.

You didn't overcook the patty, which is the most important thing of all. Bread looks grea. All in all it looks delicious, even though I'd prefer a single patty and no middle bun here. Still a solid 10/10. Vegetables isn't obligatory, for me it's more of a mood thing.

You're not REALLY likely to get sick because food safety in the US is at least half-decent, but you do have ZERO protection from getting sick if you don't cook a burger all the way through. Steaks can be medium-rare because bacteria can't penetrate the outer layer of solid meat cuts (like the brisket another anon mentioned so that can be pink too). Even pork is increasingly safe to eat partially cooked because tapeworms are more and more rare unless you get stuff from a sketchy butcher. But ground meat is 100% surface area and totally coated in bacteria, so even if it's probably mostly harmless that undercooked burger is still a cesspit of bacteria.
All it takes is one E. Coli outbreak in your area and you and all your party guests will be so sick they'll either die or wish they did. The dangerous subtypes of E. Coli that you get in those outbreaks really are VERY dangerous and do a lot of damage if they don't kill you.
