We don't have that exact brand, but you can definitely get these in the U.S.

They're one of the more decent frozen potato products. The texture lends itself well to freezing and reheating. Tater tots are also good for this reason.

I'm Canadian, but you can get those kind of patties anywhere and everywhere. Furthermore, Cavendish doesn't even restrict its products to PEI potatoes anymore. Fucking travesty and a half.
