Hello /ck/, ever since the covid started its been rough for me and my family, economic wise.
To make matters short I was thinking in making a food business with a slight twist, pickup meals, my brother suggested I make at least 3 food menus but this is where I'm stuck, so far I have this in mind:
Menu 1
Chicken Lollipops made with either chicken drums or chicken wings, fried and either covered in chilli sauce or made with a dry lemon rub, or etc. (sort of like those chicken places where you can get yours seasoned some way)
paired with garlic potato wedges, or maybe cole slaw, cooked greens or salad.
I feel like it's lacking something.
The menu would be this and a drink of choice
I was wondering if there are some anons with more food advice, I would like it if it was cost-effective and in preference if I can cook it on bulk while keeping it good quality food.
Any ideas?

as an extra side dish I was thinking in something like a pasta or rice so the menu would be

-rice/pasta
-drink

Pasta doesn't seem like a good mix to me, maybe even a little bit heavy with the chicken.

With that said, I don't know where you live, maybe it's common in your country to eat pasta with that.

something that doesn't feel heavy with the chicken doesn't really come to mind, also instead of the lollipops changing it to fried chicken would be cool too, brother insists that chicken lollipops is a better idea
