As a vegan I stick to healthy shit. I haven't had a cheesecake in years and im kinda scared

I had a cheesecake at a raw vegan restaurant one time, and it was fine. If you're really vegan you're intimately familiar with the small handful of plant proteins and binders that make up 95% of all imitation vegan foods, so it's going to have a texture and bland flavor you're already familiar with, but apparently with shitty pumpkin spice.

I had a cheesecake made with cultured cashew cream cheese that was delicious. There are ones made with silken tofu that are good too, they’re more light and fluffy.

wtf is this just a pumpkin coconut pie? It's not a fucking cheesecake

Sorry vegan, you don't get cheesecake. You don't deserve it.

I can't wait to get my own personal dairy animal and spoil her so she makes the best milk I ever tasted and make real cheesecake out of her amazing organic pasture raised milk (that will be shared with the baby too, of course!)

Post if it's any good. My mom is vegan and that sounds like that kind of shit she'd like.

Literally the best part about being your own dairy man, you get to watch your momma cow be overjoyed as she gets to have a normal calf upbringing experience. If you're lucky, the baby she has can also be of use for you too.
Make sure to wean the baby when it's time though, don't want your momma's udders to get nipped at or messed up when the baby gets teeth.

except there is a difference because vegans are eating processed artificial versions of real food. replacing naturally occurring foods with that processed sloppa is unironically less healthy. its up there with eating candy and very low quality fast food loaded with preservatives and fillers

The baby will DEFINITELY be useful to me. I don't care if it's male, female, or a hermaphrodite. I'm not too interested in veal unless the calf has to be put down for whatever reason, I actually heard that dairy bull or steer can be quite delicious. A bovine raised by a good mama getting amazing milk? Count me in.

Cheesecakes are my favourite kinds of cake. Especially the old german/bohemian type. When other children asked for popular cartoon characters on their cakes for their birthday, I insisted on going classic cheesecake. A couple months back, I picked up a New York style cheesecake. Frozen. From the "american" themed week at Lidl. And it was the best cheesecake I ever had.

There's no such thing as vegan cheesecake. If it doesn't have cheese, it's not a cheesecake.

Just give the male calves a quick mercy kill and eat the veal. Better to get shot in the head than castrated.

Really? You do realize most male dogs and cats you meet are castrated?

Not to mention I don't even know if I will castrate. I know a guy who told me the best beef he ever ate was a jersey bull (bulls are not castrated fyi) he raised. Sure, the bull was young, but still pretty big. Enough to feed him and his family for a year+. A calf is how much food? Maybe can feed a family for a month or so.
I will castrate if it makes sense.

They should just euthanize the males instead.

Doesn't matter, you can't very well raise a free ranging herd of bulls for obvious reasons and you get 1 male calf per dairy cow every 2 years on average.
