I think Noah's Mill is about on par, haven't tried Rowan's Creek yet. Makers 46 is still my favorite though. I've tried Bourbons 4 times the price and nothing beats 46.

Not sure what a Willett Blue is, but I don't see it on the Willett site, and the 47% on the bottle anon posted matches the 47% on the site for the Pot Still Reserve which comes in at $44.99 for a 750 mL bottle at my local Total Wine.
