Second place goes to HEB's house brand ice cream, Creamy Creations, Mexican Hot Chocolate.

It tastes just like Mexican hot chocolate, except, well, cold. It has little bits of like crystalline caramelized brown sugar or something. Most of HEB's ice cream is really great, they pride themselves on the quality of the ingredients and it shows. They're also inexpensive and they come up with cool flavors like this.
