Idiot, spread some more Facebook bullshit.

While vitamin K1 mostly is found in leafy greens, animal products are the best food source of vitamin K2. The ideal way to obtain dietary vitamin K2 is to eat meat, especially organ meat (mainly liver), chicken, beef, bacon, and ham, according to data published in the January 2006 issue of the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry. Egg yolks, but not egg whites, also provide valuable amounts of this fat-soluble nutrient as do high-fat dairy products, particularly hard cheeses made with whole milk.

are you retarded or incapable of reading?
vitamin k1 is irrelevant as its not bioavaible.
most ppl hate liver and do not eat it, most chicken and meat DOES NOT HAVE SUBSTANTIAL K2
Only goosemeat/liver has a substantial amount, if your options are chicken breast, ground beef, or hard cheese, the hard cheese will have more vitamin k2.
it's in high quality butter as well and raw milk products
pasturized aka American milk products are inferior to raw ones and a lot of heat sensitive vitamins and enzymes have been destroyed by pasteurization
so a raw hard cheese is the ideal way to get vitamin k2 next to liver for most ppl since it's available globally even in usa

stop acting like everyone is out to mislead you, your own mother doesn't care enough to teach you how to cook and eat, let alone all the millions of people on facebook who could give a fuck less about you
read a nutrition textbook or 10 then talk to me kid, I care about real facts, not your insecurities that you dress up as an "insult"

'eat hard cheese and fermented food' is not disinformation unless ur a nigger who can't eat dairy
they literally add k3 to animal feed so chicken and pork can have higher paper values of vitamin k2, if they(bigAg) didn't do that ppl like u would be even more deficient than u already are.
all because u think eating cheese and sauerkraut is a psyop, or perhaps u avoid these foods because they are 'yucky'

>someone told me hard cheese has a unique and beneficial nutrient profile
>MUST BE A PSYOP FOR BIG GOUDA

people have been eating cheese for thousands of years, if chicken naturally had k2 they'd eat that and cultivate chickens, but instead all around the world intelligent people make hard cheese because of its health properties and history

>being this triggered
I wasn’t even trying to argue on either side of cheese’s healthiness, I was just merely stating the facts of why the internet is so full of misinfo and disinfo. My health perspective is volume before accuracy, so I eat a wide variety of meat, dairy, fruits, and veggies without discriminating against any of the food groups like some autistic Californian. It seems to be working out pretty good, but I’m only 22 so we’ll see how that goes.
