Things have definitely gotten more expensive here. I live in a small city in a western state along I 80, so not necessarily remote either. Planning to go back to buying in bulk and stockpiling though. After the recent storms in the midwest and the continuing restrictions on importing meat across state lines, I think there's going to be some hungry people this winter.
