it's because he's been making videos for over 10 fucking years. the percentage of people who have been doing that and are still even somewhat relevant is tiny. there are so many million+ sub channels whose videos are viewed by like 1% of their subscribers. i'd bet that cringing with babish and fagusea will lose their relevance long before the 10 year mark.

I would think he's long career would mean he'd have more, but unfortunately some people get bored. AVGN doesn't come close to breaking 1mil views, but he's the only other channel who's been around for a long time, as I don't watch too many other channels. I know pewdiepie does, but he's an exception.
