what're your thoughts on catfish and catfish meat? i heard they have a bad rep and taste "muddy" but i fucking love this fish. i love all the bottom feeders as they eat trash but taste delicious themselves and i think catfish should be included in that regard.

I hear the difference with good and bad catfish is preparation. its the blood that makes the flesh taste muddy, but if they are prepared properly they are supposed to taste pretty good.
