Miller's Hot Dogs are fantastic. I paired one with some vinegar based coleslaw. Great dog. Wienerschnitzel has some BBQ based dogs on their menu right now. The Kansas City one is amazing.

Pour moi, it's a Kirkland Costco hotdog with the Costco hotdog bun. For toppings, I'd put sauteed onyons, a couple of jalpeno peppers, mayo, ketchup, garlic butter on the bun, bacon bits, and bullseye hickory smoke bbq sauce (i made up the last two toppings because it sounds good, but i haven't had a hotdog with bacon bits before)

I like Ballpark. They're a bit smaller than Martin's potato rolls, but I melt peanut butter onto them and the extra bun length helps keep that in.
