Depends on the ABV. 40% stuff gets a tiny bit of cold water or nothing. 50%ish might get one small ice cube. The cask strength 60%+ gets a bigger cube or two small cubes. I try to shoot for like 45% drinking abv by the time all the ice melts. And if you sip the strong stuff as the ice melts its different each time and you can figure out if you want less ice for next time.
