Only knew him from the huge pizza image that you see on 4chins every so often. Just the other day I decided to watch some of his shows and I hate to admit it's pretty entertaining to me. Unfortunately some of it on youtube is blocked in my country, I'm wondering if there's a proper kitchen nightmares megatorrent out there with all seasons/episodes? I have no clue how long this show was on the air as I only watched a couple of his UK based episodes. You cook the rice in large batches until it's almost done with all the seasonings/stock/wine you want. When you get an order you sauté the veg, heat the stock and more wine (or just water) in a small pot and cook the almost done rice until it's done for real. Add a fuck ton of peeeecoriiiiiiiiiino Romaggggiio if it wasn't already added to the par cooked rice, salt it, add the veg, thrown on some fucking flowers and some more shaved pecoriiiiiiiiiiiiiino romagiiiio and you're done. 4 minute ticket time if it's by itself. That said, I fucking sucked at getting the arborio to the right doneness.
