Meh, they're good, but in the US at least it's usually not worth paying the premium you'd need to in order to buy this butter.

If store brand butter is 4 or 5 out of 10. Land O lakes is 6 or 7 out of 10.

Kerrygold would be 8.5/10
Beurre D'Isgny and similar would be 9/10

Local farm fresh butter is 9 to 9.5/10 simply because it's fresher since the good european butters need to be imported and that takes time.

In Tibet, tea is prepared this way.
The fat from the butter keeps your lips moist so they don’t get nastily chapped due to the cold dry windy climate.

I like this and Finlandia butter. My store also has Amish roll butter, Kerrygold, a European variety, a few decent non-cultured American varieties, and Cabot, which is recommended by King Arthur Flour. I tried Plugra for the lower price and it went bad on me in the fridge within days of taking it home and opening it several times in a row, so I won't buy it. It has added flavoring anyway.
