for anyone who's actually curious, vegan baking really sucks. the best only options you have for a binder are seeds (chia or flax), purees of some kind (applesauce, pumpkins), or a substitute you buy at the store. it's never the same, but at the very least your food won't fall apart.

yeah just blend it untill smoth but im pretty sure that it has to be some specific kind, and if you dont got that kind you could use a mix of water, oil and baking powder and im pretty sure you can use 1/4 cup of mashed banana but idk how good it would work for cakes but ig google could answer that
