Alright, Britbong here.
Off to London next week. What's your recommendations? Not really looking for British food, but go ahead and mention them if you know a solid place.

I usually end up heading to
>Kintan Japanese BBQ
>Tokyo Diner
>Shake Shack
>CoCo Ichibanya
>Bodeans
>Herman Ze Germans
>Pizza Union

There is a café in there that sells nice stuff and has some of the freshest fish around.

Hawksmoor Seven Dials if you have money to spend.
Famous for alot of meals but do well on the breakfasts and sunday roasts

Chicken tikka massala is their most popular dish. When in Rome as they say

Borough market and spitalfields are good for street food.
I know you said no English food but depending on where you're staying you should look up a good pub for Sunday roast. Pie and mash is good for the memes and very good value if you're out East.

Good recommendations. Also try Kiln at Soho for cheap excellent Thai food. Unfortunately one of the best restaurants in the city on king's road isn't open yet. Sanjia Renjia on Goodge Street for excellent Szechuan, and Kanadaya for ramen.

Staying around Paddington.
Budget £5-£20 a meal I guess.
Luckily am off when the Boris' big 50% discount is happening to save restaurants from the coronavirus, so shouldn't be too bad on the wallet

Is it mate? Fucking love fried chicken. Hows their fillet burgers?

>> No.14482926

>>14482817

50% off to a maximum value of £10 mate. Don't think you're going to be going to many non-food chains and making use of it.

The Ivy Cafés are a pretty good balance between quality and cost. I'd also suggest the Honest Burger chain, their burgers and chips are brilliant as are the onion rings and chicken wings. Bacon gravy is also a must.

Why would places not use it though?
